Marketplace role
OwnX provides a digital marketplace for discovering construction workers, professionals, suppliers, products, and related services. Unless expressly stated, OwnX is not the employer, contractor, supplier, or guarantor of a listed party.
Accounts and conduct
Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials, and use the service lawfully. Fraud, impersonation, harassment, prohibited goods, and abusive automated activity are not permitted.
Bookings and disputes
Users and providers are responsible for the accuracy of booking terms, scope, location, price, and completion. Cancellation, dispute, refund, and marketplace enforcement rules will apply as published for the relevant feature.
Content and enforcement
You retain rights in content you submit while granting OwnX the limited rights needed to host, display, moderate, and operate that content. OwnX may restrict accounts or content that violates these terms or creates security or safety risk.
