Account and access

For login or account issues, verify your registered phone details and try again. Do not share passwords, OTPs, JWTs, or payment credentials with support personnel.

Marketplace issues

For a listing, booking, review, or supplier issue, keep the relevant listing or booking reference and describe what happened. Do not include unnecessary personal or financial information.

Safety and abuse

Report suspected fraud, impersonation, harassment, unsafe activity, or prohibited content through the official support channel published with the public release.
