Delete Your Account
Before requesting deletion
Account deletion is intended to remove the account and personal information that OwnX is not required to retain. Certain records may be retained where required by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or financial recordkeeping.
How to request deletion
The authenticated account-deletion flow will be enabled with the public release. Until that release, use the official support channel once it is published and provide only the minimum information needed to identify the account.
After a request
We will verify the request, apply applicable retention requirements, and remove or anonymize eligible information. Deletion may be irreversible.
